East Londoner biLLLy has been working away on the followup to his debut EP from last year, Finally Out There. Now, whether that was an expression of pure relief at having those three tracks out, or its actual title, remains to be seen. What is beyond doubt however, is the journey biLLLy has taken since has led to a really rather brilliant new song today in 'Up In The Air'. It's 100% self-produced, but it transcends any bedroom-y feel and then some with fresh, exciting twists and turns at every corner. With 'Up In The Air' and its dusty drum machines and charming analog synths filling our ears, it's clear biLLLy's hitting a rich vein of form and we simply need to hear more from this talented newcomer. - DC
